20 years’ experience in venture capital, private equity, merger & acquisitions, investment banking, business development, and direct investments.

Founder and owner of Asyaf Investments, the first private markets investment management company in the region. Previously was a partner with Iris Capital for eight years based in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, before that he worked as an Associate Director with Jadwa Investment in the private equity and investment banking for five years, before that was the merger & acquisition director for Saudi Telecom Company (STC) for six years.

A founding and board member of the Saudi Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, founding member of Scientific Research & Innovation Association (SRIA), and a member of the Saudi- Bosnian Business Council, and a former member of the Saudi- Djibouti Business Council.

Registered in the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), and Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC).

Holds an MBA from London Business School (UK), MS Telecommunication Management from Stevens Institute of Technology (USA) and BS in Telecom System from University of Wisconsin (USA).

With 21 years of professional experience in financial companies, he worked at Bank Albilad as Head of Brokerage for 9 years from 2012 to 2021.

He holds professional certifications from the Capital Market Authority CME-1 & CME-3.

He obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University in London.

With 22 years of professional experience, he has held several leadership positions and is currently the Chief Business Diversification Officer at STC Solutions.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from King Saud University, an MBA from Imperial College Business School (United Kingdom), a Stanford LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation from Stanford Graduate School of Business (United States), and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School (United States).
