Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, English Department from Alexandria University in 2009, and has many professional certificates, including:

  • CFC certified financial advisor.
  • CAT certified technical accountant..
  • Diploma in Strategic Financial Management.
  • General Certificate for Dealing in Saudi Securities CME 1.
  • International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management CME 4.

also has practical experience, as he trained in many investment banks and financial companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and worked for Pioneers Company as a financial analyst from 2008 to 2010, and worked at Aero Service Egypt for Aviation Services at Borg El Arab Airport in Alexandria, as an account manager at From 2010 to 2012, at Najmat Al Madaen Group Company in Riyadh, and served as a senior accountant in the Budget and Financial Planning Department from 2013 to 2016 and at this time supervised the acquisition of SASCO Automotive Services and Equipment Company for Zayti Petroleum Services. He worked at Finance House and Financial Investment Company (Currently Known for Finance) as Executive Financial Director and Director of Private Investment Portfolios from June 2016 to April 2022 .

Azzam Ahmed Al-Hamdan

Compliance & AML officer

He worked as a trainee lawyer for one year at experience track Law Firm and Legal Consultations and is currently the Compliance & AML Officer at Asyaf Investment.

He holds professional certifications from the Capital Market Authority CME-1 & CME-2.

He obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from the College of Business Administration at Majmaah University.

Ubair Shahid aziz

IT officer

Mr. Ubair Shahid holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from one of the top 1000 universities in the world “The University of Lahore” Pakistan. He has four certifications in Microsoft & IBM. Specialization in Cloud Computing and Cyber Security.

Three years of professional experience in providing technical services around the world. Previously worked as IT Support Engineer at InTech. Extensive knowledge in Software & Web Testing, Microsoft 365, Desktop Application Support, Cloud & Security.

Omar alhowaymel

I have a bachelor degree in finance and investment with owner degree from Imam Mohammed Ibn Saud Islamic University 

I have obtained CME-1 from Capital Market Authority CMA and CME-5 presented by CISI

I worked for 4 years in Sales field and I joined Yaqeen Capital in investments banking before I joined Asyaf

Reema AlTuwaijri

Legal & Corporate governance Officer

Holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Dar AlUloom University, Trained at Jadwa Investment Company then she joined Asyaf Investments.

Reema holds CME-1 certificate from Capital Market Authority.
